Workflow

The medical review process, end to end.

From case intake to sponsor-defensible record.

01

Intake

The case lands in Aegivance — directly from a CRO submission, from your safety database, from a literature article, or via manual entry. Source is preserved with full provenance.

02

Review pipeline

Each case runs through deterministic and evidence-assisted review checks across seven clinical domains. Findings are typed and surfaced for reviewer attention.

03

Reviewer judgment

The reviewer sees findings with full context, accepts/rejects/edits, and documents rationale. The case is enriched, never overwritten.

04

Approval

Once the reviewer is satisfied, the case is approved. Approval is electronically signed and attributed.

05

Export

Approved cases generate E2B(R3) XML for downstream submission, plus a Case Evidence Pack containing the full review record.
